Beyoncé Nods to Beyhive in a Bedazzled Gown With a Honeycomb Pattern

The Renaissance World Tour has seen no shortage of flashy, bedazzled looks.

Thus far, Beyoncé has taken the stage in a number of showstopping outfits, from her viral Loewe hand-print catsuit to a breathlessly iridescent minidress and matching cape from Iris van Herpen. And in her latest onstage offering, she embodied elegance in a dress that included a subtle nod to her devoted fan base, colloquially known as the Beyhive.

The singer exuded glamour in a crystal-bedazzled net dress, with the netting featuring a subtle honeycomb design. A thigh slit revealed nude fishnet stockings underneath. Finally, she capped off the look with transparent PVC pumps with a crystal ankle strap from Amina Muaddi and crystal mesh earrings from Tiffany & Co.

Fans praised the heart-race ensemble in the comments.

Before releasing seventh studio album Renaissance last July, the international pop icon teased the record in an interview for Harper’s Bazaar’s September 2021 cover story.

“With all the isolation and injustice over the past year, I think we are all ready to escape, travel, love, and laugh again. I feel a renaissance emerging, and I want to be part of nurturing that escape in any way possible,” she said. “I’ve been in the studio for a year and a half. Sometimes it takes a year for me to personally search through thousands of sounds to find just the right kick or snare. One chorus can have up to 200 stacked harmonies. Still, there’s nothing like the amount of love, passion, and healing that I feel in the recording studio. After 31 years, it feels just as exciting as it did when I was nine years old. Yes, the music is coming!”
